Messy Writing, The Mean Teacher & A Scared Little Girl
Published in Inspired Writer. Based on a true story inspired by my 1979/80 Grade 4 teacher. I love drawing memories from childhood. When I’m writing out these types of memoirs, it takes me back to that colourful time period of my life. Whatever I learned then, usually has impacted me in some way into my youth and/or adulthood. Dedicated to Mrs. L (wherever she’s at today). I hope she possesses a great sense of humor!

Thanks for reading, Christy. We do learn from tough experiences. Yep, lots of flashbacks with double-spaced paper LOL

I forgot all about the double-spaced paper until I read your post! I’m having flashbacks of learning on that paper. You’re right that the tough experiences are some of the ones we learn the most from, Mary!
